Use of our physical facility—including participation in activities—is also subject to our separate Liability Waiver & Terms of Use (published on this site at /liability-waiver) and posted facility rules, in addition to these Terms where they apply to your online activity.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

Our site is intended for individuals 13 years or older. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you submit. We may refuse or remove submissions at our discretion.

4. What We Offer

Our website provides information about Unbound Golf, membership and rate details, and ways to stay in touch (including newsletter and SMS signup where offered).

We may link to third-party booking or membership platforms (for example, TrackMan Golf). Those sites are operated by independent providers and have their own terms and privacy policies; your use of them is at your own risk and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may offer products or memberships for purchase online (including limited-time offers such as founding memberships). Checkout will show applicable prices, taxes, shipping (if any), and other terms presented at the time of sale. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as suspected fraud, inventory limits, or errors in listing.

Except where we expressly state otherwise, site content is provided for general informational purposes and does not guarantee availability, hours, pricing, or inventory.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hunterdon County, NJ.
