Meet Jorge

Unbound Golf’s General Manager and PGA Coach, Jorge Diaz brings more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry — including 12 years focused on instruction — and deep, practical expertise to every lesson. He’s passionate about helping golfers of all skill levels play more consistent, enjoyable golf.

A Class-A PGA Member since 2019, Jorge is also an accomplished golfer who continues to compete regularly in NJPGA Section-sanctioned tournaments.

Coaching philosophy

Jorge’s coaching focuses on building a repeatable swing grounded in modern fundamentals. Because every golfer is different, he tailors each lesson to the student’s physical abilities, learning style, and personal goals — delivering clear, practical feedback that supports lasting improvement and makes the game more enjoyable.

He also believes golf is ultimately about managing misses. Meaningful progress comes from improving your bad shots — learning to hit “better bad shots” that stay in play and give you a chance to score. Whether you’re new to golf or an experienced competitor looking to save a few more strokes, Jorge provides personalized instruction built around practical, on-course results.

Technology & methodology

Jorge uses state-of-the-art Trackman technology to remove the guesswork from each lesson. Precise launch monitor data — including club path, face angle, and impact location — pinpoints the specific areas of your swing that need attention and creates a clear, efficient plan for improvement.
